CEU Learning Objectives

1. Learn how mental health challenges can contribute to positive outcomes in the workplace, as well as strategies to incorporate managing mental health into professional work environments.

2. Engage with ethical implications of digital mental health technologies from the perspective of the developers and professionals implementing them.

3. Appreciate the complexity, specific challenges, and obstacles related to navigating the use of digital mental health technologies.

4. Identify existing opportunities under the umbrella of "digital mental health" that offer the real possibility of improved care and practical well-being for a large population of adults in the domains of living and working.

5. Understand the clubhouse approach for mental health consumers and individuals with lived experience and how clubhouses can serve as one component of comprehensive mental health treatment.

6. Explore how being public may change in any way the experience of the mental distress, or how other people treat you; or, for that matter, how you see yourself.

7. Examine the public value of having celebrities or well-known people speak up and its implications (e.g., is it always good? When so, and when not? Does it matter "how" public figures talk about their mental struggles?).
